Dominica is an Australian-born, San Francisco Bay Area based, actor, improviser, and writer, with a background in stand-up comedy, filmmaking, and web programming. She is a former tour guide and runs the improvisation-inspired business Improvative Productions.

Currently, Dominica’s primary focus is in Data Analytics, which she is studying with UC Berkeley Extension.

For her improvisation and acting training, she studied with Leela (having been through all of their level classes, and performed with YUM for over two years), and Marcus Sams for improvisation, and had ongoing film acting training with Jeffrey Weissman.

As a writer and publisher, Dominica published her first novel, Adrift in 2013, was shortlisted for best anthology with the Aurealis Awards for her debut anthology Amok: An Anthology of Asia-Pacific Speculative Fiction, recently completed her second anthology, Marked by Scorn: An Anthology Featuring Non-Traditional Relationships, and has had numerous short stories published elsewhere. Her publications are released through Solarwyrm Press, and focus on character diversity.
