Cover Reveal for Adrift, crowdfunding on Indiegogo, and a Giveaway

Front cover of Adrift by Dominica Malcolm

The blurb

It’s the 21st century, and Jaclyn Rousseau is not where she should be. 1661 disappeared before her eyes, and there’s no way home. That matters not to Jaclyn—she lost her lover, and everything else that meant anything to her, in the West Indies.

In an adventure that crosses time and the Atlantic, a murderous pirate must find a place for herself in this new world.

Can she escape her past, or will it catch up with her?

For more information about the book, and why I chose to crowdfund the launch, you can watch my campaign video below, or go directly to the campaign page if you prefer to read the details. But don’t forget to check out the giveaway below!

I also interviewed my editor, Jeremiah Murphy, about his role and what he has enjoyed about the novel.

Adrift is currently accepting pre-orders through the crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo, or you can enter the giveaway below for a chance to win a copy!

20% of the net profits from the campaign and general sales will go to the World Literacy Foundation. The remaining net profits will go toward advertising, marketing, and promotion.

About Solarwyrm Press

Adrift is being published by Solarwyrm Press, which was set up by Jax Goss and myself to publish stories that don’t necessarily fit standard genres. Solarwyrm’s first publication, Fae Fatales: A Fantasy Noir Anthology, edited by Jax, had a successful run on Indiegogo in March/April. This anthology, which includes my story “Siren”—a spin-off from Adrift—is included in some of the rewards, or you can purchase it now on Amazon (Full colour edition, Black & white edition, or Kindle ebook) or on Smashwords (ebook)

As part of Solarwyrm, Jax is currently looking for submissions for her next anthology with a “precocious children in adult stories” theme. If you’re a writer and are interested in submitting something, please check out the call for submissions. The deadline is November 30.
